These Terms of Service govern your use of helixresearch.co and the purchase of reference compounds from Helix Research, Inc. 1. Eligibility. You must be at least 21 years of age and represent a qualified research institution or be acting in your capacity as an independent researcher. 2. Permitted use. Products sold by Helix Research are reference standards for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not pharmaceutical products. They are not for human or animal consumption. 3. Title and risk of loss. Title passes upon delivery to the carrier; risk of loss passes upon receipt. 4. Limited warranty. Each batch is sold subject to the published Certificate of Analysis. Our sole obligation in the event of a documented deviation is replacement of the affected unit. 5. Governing law. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
