Helix Research ships every order in vacuum-insulated containers with phase-change refrigerant packs sized to the order weight and the destination climate zone. Domestic shipments dispatch within one business day. Standard transit time is 2–4 business days. Expedited overnight is available at checkout. International shipping is available to most jurisdictions. A signature and a valid institutional or research address is required at delivery. Orders over $400 ship with an in-package temperature data logger; the readout is available at the batch verification URL after delivery.
