Refund Policy

Because reference compounds are stability-sensitive, returns are not accepted once a vial has been opened, reconstituted, or stored outside labeled handling conditions. Unopened, undamaged shipments may be returned within fourteen days for a full refund less return shipping. To initiate a return, write to lab@helixresearch.co with your order number. In the rare event of a documented analytical deviation from the published Certificate of Analysis, the affected unit will be replaced at no cost, including expedited shipping.
